Right of Withdrawal for the Purchase of Vouchers

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, received the voucher (e.g. by email).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us
Maierl-Alm GmbH, Krinberg 14, 6365 Kirchberg in Tirol, Austria, Email: office@maierl.at, Phone: +43 5357 2109
of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you have already fully or partially redeemed the voucher, we are entitled to deduct the value of the service already used from the refund, or to claim reasonable compensation for its value.
Once your withdrawal notice has been sent, the corresponding voucher code becomes invalid and can no longer be redeemed.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to vouchers that can only be redeemed for a service to be provided on a specific date or within a specific period (for example, a voucher valid only for an overnight stay or an event on a fixed, agreed date), where the contract provides for such a specific date (Section 18(1) no. 9 FAGG, the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act). This exclusion does not apply to freely redeemable value vouchers with no fixed date.
