The new Maierl-Alm has opened its 5 elegantly rustic, magnificent yet cozy chalets/cottages/holiday homes on the 17th of December 2010. Its location on the snowy ski slopes of Kitzbühel/Kirchberg right on Maierl’s main ski slope makes skiing in and skiing out possible all winter.
The hosts Margarete & Georg Gruber readily would be happy to have you at the Maierl-Alm.
- 5 cozy chalets for a max. of 8 people can be rented on the ski slope on a weekly basis
- Chalets can be booked exclusively, with or without meals at the Maierl- Alm
- Each chalet has a private spa area (sauna, whirlpool, rain shower, relaxation area)
- Indoor swimming pool (12.5m x 4.5m) spa with sauna, steam bath and massages in the resort, can be reached via an underground walkway
- Location ensures a gorgeous panoramic view
- Maierl-Alm with traditional Tyrolean cuisine and local delicacies
- Cozy double rooms and family rooms in the main-Building "Maierl-Alm"
- Accessible by car all year round, at middle station level 1,225 m
- Parking in the underground garage in the Maierl-Alm is free
- Skiing in and skiing out is possible all winter

- The mountain railway in Kitzbühel constructed last Winter the new 10-seater gondola “Maierl” and the new 8-seater chair lift “Ochsalm”
