Modern bathrooms and shower baths at floor level, spacious showers, sophisticated comfort and subtly integrated entertainment technology (SAT TV) round out the range of services.Internet is available via wireless-LAN or cable free of charge.

Nearly all rooms have a balcony or a rooftop terrace with a breathtaking panoramic view of the Kitzbühel Mountains.
Bath-robes are in the rooms and towels for the pool/ sauna are also prepared.

Breakfast (Buffet in the Maierl-Alm) is included and optional half board can be booked.
